Position: IT Administrator & User Support

Main duties:

• Manage server systems. Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities: Domain, DNS, DHCP, Trust domain, VPN (site to site).
• Be an administrator of two server of the company and in charge of running and maintaining the company’s applications;
• Manage telecom system (Alcatel IP telephony, PABX, SIP).
• Manage IT network & system security and annual of company and external parties (Camera, Access Control, Server files, Backup online).
• Manage the IT budgets for infrastructure.
• Manage local vendors and services delivered including cost reductions and quality improvements.
• Manage risks related to IT systems
